K Villas is a modern villa settlement comprised of independent yet linguistic living units on the same plot. The project's planning approach balances both privacy and neighborhood ties with its horizontally structured building forms. Each villa's private garden and private entrance emphasize individual comfort, while the holistic façade language lends the project a strong architectural character.
Functional Spaces Accompanied by Natural Light
The interior design, centered on user habits, is designed with openings that allow in the most efficient daylight. Open-plan living spaces provide horizontal fluidity, divided by functional transitions. The natural textures and neutral tones used in the interior materials create a serene atmosphere, while K Villas respond to the needs of contemporary living both architecturally and emotionally.
